Garage Epoxy Flooring
Epoxy flooring is a blend of two different compounds that when mixed together create an incredibly-strong bond that will last for 10-20 years depending on its intended usage. Our Epoxy compounds are 100% solid (no water or solvents).
Epoxy flooring in your garage will protect your concrete slab from oils, be much easier to clean, will add grip and looks amazing!
Polyaspartic Flooring
Polyaspartic Epoxy Flooring is perfect for commercial and industrial applications. Our Polyaspartic compounds are 85% solid and 15% solvent.
Polyaspartic flooring is the perfect solution for high-traffic areas and floors that see constant daily abuse from the elements, corrosive chemicals and humans/ machinery.

OUR PROCESS
Our Unique 6-Step Process
Epoxy Labs is your epoxy and polyaspartic flooring expert for a reason. Our unique 6-step preparation and application process ensures your floor lasts as long as possible. We don't cut corners with our installation process.
Step 1:
Preparation
The concrete floor is ground using a special concrete grinder with diamond-tipped grinding blades to create a porous and clean surface.
Step 2:
Crack and Joint Repairs
Any cracks or joints in your concrete slab are opened with a concrete saw and repaired with epoxy or polyaspartic mortar.
Step 3:
Patching
Gouges and holes are filled and repaired with either epoxy or polyaspartic mortar to ensure your concrete slab is uniform.
Step 4:
Prime Coat
The floor is covered in a "skim" coat that helps epoxy or polyaspartic adhesion and increases longevity.
Step 5:
Finishing Coat
This is often called a "build" coat which will be either a clear or coloured epoxy or polyaspartic which will be your base.
Step 6:
Top Coat
This is often called your second "build" coat which usually consists of anti-slip, flake/ chip system or will be your metallic/ marble top.
